Hi! We were going to the park and I went to put our daughters bike in the back of the van and the bike handle stuck out to far and busted the rear window! With all the rain, I was worried how soon I would be able to get it fixed.
 
I called around and couldn't get it done today and some didn't even answer the phone.
 
The owner came to Franklin at 6:15 pm and didn't leave until 9:45 after vacuuming the glass off the driveway and completely out of the van, replacing my brake light, and fixing the rear back glass.
 
He was friendly, very efficient and went the extra mile. I would call his company again in a minute! Thanks again for the great service!

Hi -
I just wanted to let everyone know how much I appreciate J&L Auto Glass! My girls and I had gone to Nashville from Atlanta for the 80th anniversary of the Grand Ole Opry. Unfortunately, our car was broken into while we were staying at the hotel.
 
Nobody would help find the glass to replace the driver's side window for the long drive home EXCEPT Kim and Ron! Not only did Kim find a company willing to sell the glass on a Saturday, Ron picked it up and brought it all the way from Goodlettsville to the airport area to install it for me!
 
They are the BEST! I would highly recommend them for any and all glass
needs! They turned a bad situation into a bearable one!

My car was broken into recently and my wife's purse was stolen. In the middle of the mess of trying to clean-up the mess this thief created, the last thing I wanted to mess with was having to schedule a long, drawn-out window repair.
