Inspection:

              [  ] Correct Glass for Vehicle

              [  ] Inspect new glass; chips, marks, scratches, etc

Remove/Pull: 

              [  ] Molding, cowlings, screws, bolts, etc

              [  ] Vacuum & Clean up broken glass

Cut/Trim:

              [  ] Cut out old/broken glass

              [  ] Trim off old urethane & adhesives off of the body

              [  ] Inspect pinch welds for rust & corrosion damage

Prep New Glass:

              [  ] Clean with glass cleaner, both sides

              [  ] Attach new molding

Prime:

              [  ] Prime the body (pinch weld) of any marks

              [  ] Primer dry-time 

Installation:

              [  ] Shoot/Caulk new urethane (lay bead)

              [  ] Paddle urethane

              [  ] Center & Seat glass

Accessories:

              [  ] Moldings & Cowlings

              [  ] Brackets, Screws, Bolts, etc

              [  ] Wipers, Rain Sensor, Overhead Consoles

              [  ] Wiring- GPS, Lane Dept Warning System, etc.

Final Testing/Inspection:

              [  ] Glass correctly rolls up and down

              [  ] Air and/or water leak testing

              [  ] Safe “Drive-Away Time”
